Amarylis

Exotic amaryllis have become, like poinsettias, a part of Christmas decoration in Czech households.

Some, however, consider these striking flowers to be a symbol of pride, while others refer to them as the queens of toxic bulbs.

Nevertheless, this does not change the fact that they are beautiful plants with flamboyant flowers available in various colors.
